INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Wash before first use to avoid skin irritation
Soak in water for 2-3 minutes, then wring out excess water
Wave in the air for 10-15 seconds to activate extreme Kool Cloth material
Fold once lengthwise and wrap around neck, and secure by pulling one end through slit openings.
To reactivate, soak, wring, and wave again in extreme heat or humidity.
Hand wash only with mild detergent (do not bleach). Store in the original packaging.
